Getting started

Basic setup process

1. Log in as the admin
Use the main restaurant account
The admin account is used to create and manage codes, view requests, manage the restaurant account, and handle billing.
2. Create your codes
Set up sticker or table QR codes
Create the codes needed for your venue so each table, area, or point of service can have its own QR code available to patrons.
3. Generate the sheet
Prepare all codes together
Once the codes are created, click the option to generate the sheet. This gives you a ready-to-print layout of the QR codes.
4. Print or distribute the assets
Choose the format that suits your venue
You can print the generated sheet at a local print shop, or send the individual QR codes to an artist, designer, or marketing company to include in pamphlets, table cards, stickers, menus, or branded promotional material.

After the printed material is placed in the venue, patrons can scan the QR code and send a request directly to staff.

Two account types

Admin account
Full management access
The admin creates codes, generates print sheets, views requests, manages billing, and controls the restaurant account setup.
Waiter account
Request handling only
The waiter login is intentionally simple. It shows pending patron requests only. The waiter can then click the button to mark a request as handled.

Printing and design

Using the QR codes in the real world

Local print shop
The quickest option is usually to generate the sheet and have it printed at a local print shop for immediate use in the venue.
Designer or artist
If you want a more branded look, send the individual QR codes to an artist, designer, or marketing company so they can build them into your own material.
Custom material
The codes can be used on stickers, pamphlets, menus, table cards, display stands, or other printed material suited to your venue.

The important part is that the final QR code remains clear and easy to scan once printed.

Start with the admin account, then keep the waiter view simple

WaiterPlease works best when setup and billing stay with the admin, while waiters use the separate request-handling login for day-to-day service.
